1.) How much does it cost?: We offer
affordable prices and unlimited hours. Call today for our best rates
2. What is your cancellation policy?: You many
cancel or reschedule for bad weather with no cost to you.
3.) Do you require a deposit?: There is no deposit to
hold your date. We do require a $300 check for a security deposit
when we drop off the unit. We do not cash this check; its is handed
back to you when we pick up the unit.
4.) Does it need electricity?: Yes, a regular outlet is
all that you need. We bring the extension cords and it does not use any
more electricity than a household fan. We also have generators at an
additional cost if needed.
5.) Do you deliver to my area?: There is no
delivery fee to the Johnson country area. There may be a small fee
to surrounding areas. Please call for pricing.
6.) Do you carry insurance?: Yes, we are fully
insured!
7.) Are the units clean?: Yes, all the units are
cleaned frequently.
8.) Are there rental agreements to be signed?:
Yes, Insurance requires these agreements.
9.) How far in advance should we reserve the unit?: If
you want something in particular, at least three weeks in advance is
recommended.
10.) Do we deliver and set up?: Yes, we deliver and set
up each unit on time and before your event begins. We also come back
and take it down.
11.) Do the units need to be set up on the grass?:
We can set them up on any smooth surface including grass, cement, or
inside. We will not set upon gravel or rough terrain.
12.) Are there any age limits to the units?: No, kids as
well as adults can enjoys our units.
